I remember speaking with a bloke recently, and he was shooting down every idea we came up with. He said, you know, when I'm with the missus, I really want to go out and have that smoke. And I said, well, why don't you try when you're out with the missus having a drink next time, every time that you feel like having a smoke, just hold her hand, you know?

And he said, Hmm, I might do that. The next time I spoke to him, he said, gee, you come onto a good idea because I'm in the good books. The missus thinks I love her more, and I haven't had a smoke since. So, just little things like that can help make the biggest difference.
